Through 18 courses, guests will experience Punk Royale’s distinctive universe, this time built around local ingredients and beverages from Trøndelag.
PLEASE NOTE! This is not a traditional fine dining experience. Expect high energy, surprises, theatrical elements, and an evening unlike any other. At Punk Royale, the overall experience is what matters. Dinner is a carefully curated combination of food, drinks, and entertainment – playful, energetic, and far removed from what most associate with a traditional restaurant evening.
Once upon a time, fine dining was predictable. Then Punk Royale arrived.
Punk Royale is raw energy in its purest form. Smoky, intense, and up close. Boundless, intimate, and uncompromisingly direct. At Punk Royale, they see you – and you see them. Food is exceptional. Service is brilliant. No unnecessary formalities. Everything is about giving guests an evening they will never forget.
Behind the concept is an international team creating restaurant experiences few others would dare to offer. Michelin-level flavors without the rigid framework. A place where guests can be themselves, let their guard down, and fully immerse themselves in the experience. Everything other restaurants are not – or do not dare to be.
The dinner takes place at Tollbua and will be held in two seatings: 5:00 PM–8:00 PM and 9:00 PM–12:00 AM. Each seating lasts approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. The price is NOK 2,500 per person, including 18 courses with a paired beverage package. There are only 60 seats available per seating, 120 tickets in total, and demand is expected to be high.
This is a full-scale Punk Royale experience. Loud music, interactive elements, and surprises are all part of the concept.
If you are looking for a traditional restaurant dinner, this may not be the event for you.
If, on the other hand, you want to experience something Trondheim has never seen before, this is the night for you!The event is presented in collaboration with Punk Royale. All communication and ticket administration are handled by Oi! Food & Drink and Tollbua.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
We can accommodate guests with gluten allergies, nut allergies, fish allergies, and shellfish allergies. Vegetarian and pescatarian menus are also available, including adaptations for pregnant guests.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate vegan diets, egg allergies, citrus allergies, onion or garlic allergies, milk protein allergies, or lactose intolerance. In cases of multiple allergies or extensive dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that the menu can be adapted.
A non-alcoholic beverage package is available and consists of bespoke drinks developed specifically for the experience, carefully paired to accompany the menu throughout the evening.
Information regarding allergies, dietary requirements, or requests for the non-alcoholic beverage package must be provided at the time of booking.

In this course, you will taste wild plants, mushrooms, and refined products from the natural landscape of Trøndelag. We take a closer look at how the ingredients are foraged, what to be aware of, and how they can be used in food and drinks.

Aquavit has long traditions in Trøndelag that stretch back several hundred years. Svein Berfjord from Inderøy Distillery and Eivind Steiro Berg-Hanssen from ØX Tap Room and Distillery place great emphasis on using local ingredients in their production, and on continuing the long and proud tradition of aquavit production in Trondheim.

Join us on a flavourful journey into the world of sourdough, where you’ll learn what truly creates a loaf with a crisp crust, a moist crumb, and the distinctive, vibrant flavour that only sourdough can provide.
