Throughout the evening, you'll enjoy a carefully composed tasting featuring: a welcome drink, three local food tastings, three beers from Trøndelag, three selected aquavits of Trøndelag origin, and dessert.
This is a social and informative evening where you'll get to know Trøndelag's food and drink culture better. The evening is hosted by: Atle Minothi from Anora, who guides you through the aquavits. Alexander from E.C. Dahls, who shares the stories behind the food and beer. Representatives from Norske Akevitters Venner (the Friends of Norwegian Aquavit), who share their knowledge and enthusiasm.
Time: Friday, August 7, 6:00-8:00 PM. Location: E.C. Dahls Pub og Kjøkken. Price: NOK 695 per person. Limited seats available. Welcome to an evening of great flavors, new knowledge, and genuine Trøndelag spirit.

In this course, you will taste wild plants, mushrooms, and refined products from the natural landscape of Trøndelag. We take a closer look at how the ingredients are foraged, what to be aware of, and how they can be used in food and drinks.

Aquavit has long traditions in Trøndelag that stretch back several hundred years. Svein Berfjord from Inderøy Distillery and Eivind Steiro Berg-Hanssen from ØX Tap Room and Distillery place great emphasis on using local ingredients in their production, and on continuing the long and proud tradition of aquavit production in Trondheim.
