Pala Kaffebrenneri

Pala Kaffebrenneri is a small distillery based at Nardo in Trondheim. Here they roast specialty coffees from all over the world with a main focus on South/Central America and Africa. Pala coffee was started by Idar Ellingsen in January 2018. He has worked with specialty coffee in the service industry since 2005 and has extensive experience as a barista, coffee roaster, course instructor and consultant. He is a certified Q-grader and twice Norwegian coffee tasting champion.
