Welcome to a tasty 5-course seafood evening at historic Bårdshaug Manor. Saturday 13 April at 18.30 we bring the early spring into our historic living rooms and invite you to a tasty seafood evening at Bårdshaug Herregård, inspired by the sea's best ingredients from the Trøndelag coast. Our close collaboration with local farms, fishermen and gatherers ensures us the season's best raw materials from the sea and the farm. Good short-traveled ingredients in combination with a historic atmosphere and a skilled kitchen team will give you a dining experience out of the ordinary. The evening starts with the serving of Norwegian sides for an aperitif accompanied by an appetizer, before the host welcomes you to the table. On the occasion of "Summer in Tyrol" in front of Bårdshaug Herregård, a traditional 3-course menu from Tyrol is served, with local and regional produce from Trøndelag.

The whole family is welcome to farm experiences at Høstadsand farm in Byneset. Here you can greet the animals, plant your own potatoes and buy short-travel products in the farm sales. Our colleagues in Trondheims Matperler participate with their products.

On 8 June, the summer kicks off again with Straumen Open - a festival day with art, dance, food, DJ and party. Nils Aas Kunstverksted, Dans i Trøndelag and Kjerringa me' Straumen have joined forces again this year to create a packed programme, where everyone should feel welcome!

At Snauan Gård, we produce strawberries, raspberries and honey - a real taste of summer. The farm is idyllically situated in the middle of beautiful Byneset, 25 min. from the center of Trondheim.
