Welcome to a tasty 5-course seafood evening at historic Bårdshaug Manor. Saturday 13 April at 18.30 we bring the early spring into our historic living rooms and invite you to a tasty seafood evening at Bårdshaug Herregård, inspired by the sea's best ingredients from the Trøndelag coast. Our close collaboration with local farms, fishermen and gatherers ensures us the season's best raw materials from the sea and the farm. Good short-traveled ingredients in combination with a historic atmosphere and a skilled kitchen team will give you a dining experience out of the ordinary. The evening starts with the serving of Norwegian sides for an aperitif accompanied by an appetizer, before the host welcomes you to the table.
