Sceneområdet

New in 2025 is a dedicated Stage Area in Munkegata. Here, exciting workshops and delicious cooking demos will take place throughout all three days of the festival.

You can take a seat and enjoy food from the amazing exhibitors or simply rest your feet while watching what's happening on stage. Some of the sessions will also be handing out samples to the audience – so it might be a smart spot to hang around!

On Friday, August 1, the entire program will focus on fish and seafood. Festival Chef and Årets kokk finalist, Eli Anne Sundset, will host the day as MC, joined on stage by a lineup of exciting chefs.
