Oi!
Looking for a food manufacturer or product? Here you can find it.
At Trøndersk Food Festival we know that children are our future producers, chefs, waiters, and in general food-experts. Therefore we have created a separate area just for the younger ones where they will be able to meet the experts. Come visit us during the Food Festival.
Two of our Festival Chefs; Karoline Sperstad/Scandic Nidelven and Olav Svarliaunet/Britannia Hotel visit all 14 regions to create food-magic with the best produce and products Trøndelag has to offer.
Over the three days there are several courses, learn how to decorate a cake like a Britannia-pro, how to harvest edible seaweed or grow your own gourmet mushrooms.
At Trøndelag Food Festival we will house over 170 producers bringing you the best produce from cheese, chocolate, juice, coffee, beer, meat and so on.
11:00 Food Seminar 2023/Britannia Hall Welcome to the annual food seminar where we discuss the possibilities, challenges, and dilemmas we face as we move from over-production to choosing more sustainable options in every-day life. After two years of a pandemic and then refurbishment of Torvet we are looking forward to again resuming tradition. We will start the opening ceremony for the Brewery and Trøndelag Food Festival at Ravnkloa before heading up towards Stiftsgården.
For the first time ever Trøndelag Food Festival can invite to a grand festival lunch at Trondheims Royal Residence, Stiftsgårdsparken. In collaboration with Thomas Borgan, Reneé Fagerhøi and Nordenfjeldske Kunstindustrimuseum we will set a fantastic communal table in the gardens of Stiftsgården on the 3rd August.
