Looking for a food manufacturer or product? Here you can find it.
Did you know that Trøndersk Matfestival has its very own festival for children and youth - called Ung Matfest? Every year, we offer wonderful activities for the youngest gourmets. Making healthy and super tasty food should be both simple and fun. We’re excited for Matfest!
Children and youth are the future producers, chefs, waiters, and food processors. So what could be more sustainable than teaching kids to make good, healthy food so they can make smart food choices for themselves and our planet? At Ung Matfest (formerly Barnas Matfestival), kids get to taste, feel, try, create, and hug their way to more knowledge about the journey from sea and soil to table.
And hey! Everything in the children’s program is completely free. Let the kids enjoy down-to-earth activities that spark creativity, engagement, and curiosity. Below, you can read about a selection of activities and offerings from the rich “kids’ menu” at Trøndersk Matfestival.
A big thank you to all the businesses and organizations that help create these activities.
