Trøndelag Food Festival and Bryggerifestivalen are Europe’s leading local food festivals. These festivals create unique opportunities for food and beverage producers to connect with local, national, and international audiences.

Welcome to Trøndelag Food Festival July 31 – August 2, 2025, right in the heart of Trondheim! Around 200 exhibitors from 14 different regions will showcase the very best local food and drink. Trøndelag Food Festival is a diverse event offering courses, food seminars, children’s activities, Chef's Dinner, mobile cooking demonstrations, and much more. Each year, the festival awards “Product of the Year” in nine categories, “Best Booth,” and the “Think Big” prize. Together with SpareBank 1 SMN, the Sustainability Award is also presented. The festival is an important gathering place for producers, attracting visitors from the local area, across Norway, and internationally. Trøndelag Food Festival and Bryggerifestivalen have received international recognition multiple times. In August 2023, they were named among the eight best places in the world to be. Our festivals have become a recommended destination not only in Europe but globally!

Organizer

Trøndelag Food Festival is organized by Oi! Trøndersk Mat og Drikke, a nonprofit company working to create greater appreciation and added value for food and drink in theTrøndelag region. The festival was first held in 2005 and has since grown to become Norway’s largest local food festival.
