Norway Seafood Festival is a public-oriented festival aimed at raising awareness and increasing the consumption of Norwegian seafood. The festival was first held in 2023 by the Nor-Fishing Foundation, but from 2025, the responsibility has been taken over by Oi!
The 2025 festival took place from March 24 to 30 in Trondheim. Norwegian seafood was celebrated throughout the city during these days—at restaurants, schools, and care homes—and concluded with two festival days at Clarion Hotel Trondheim on March 29–30.

Seafood producers will have stands at Clarion Hotel Trondheim at Brattøra. Come and visit Norway’s major showcase of seafood and experience a fantastic seafood market for the whole family.
Barnas Seafood Festival is all about combining play and learning about the ocean and seafood. For two days at Clarion Hotel Trondheim, the venue will be filled with fun activities for children and youth.
The festival is a celebration of Norwegian seafood, marked by fantastic seafood menus at restaurants across Trondheim, as well as in institutions and canteens throughout the city. You can also enjoy delicious dishes from the Festival Restaurants at Clarion Hotel Trondheim.
