Fru Nelik

The creativity, the flavors, the colors and the endless possibilities; that is the reason why pastry is Fru Nelik's passion. In 2013 she started for herself and opened the doors for the first time in January 2014 at the town hall in Rissa (Fosen). Her delicious treats and cakes are produced there. Marthe has a professional certificate as a chef and a journeyman letter as a pastry chef, and learned from the best from Britannia hotell, Rica Nidelven and Clarion Hotel Trondheim, among others. Since 2020, she has been a performer on the Norwegian National Baker and Pastry Team and has brought many tricks and skills into Mrs Nelik's kitchen. At the Trøndersk Food Festival you will find her in the Fosen tent!
