Vorpå Smokehouse

Vorpå Røkeri ANS was founded in November 2014. Its purpose is to further process fish. The former kiosk at Hendset ferry station was bought in the first half of 2015 and further rebuilt in accordance with the Norwegian Food Authority's regulations. All products are made according to old recipes.

Our specialty is further processing of fish for shops, restaurants and private individuals. Our products are currently the following: Smoked salmon. Smoked trout. Cognac marinated cured salmon. Salted salmon. Hot smoked salmon. Sail salmon. Salted coalfish. Gravel salmon. Mustard sauce.
