Our bees collect nectar from the raspberry plants and the clover meadow in the summer. In the autumn, they are moved to heather migration on the Trøndelag coast. Norwegian apple cider has seen tremendous development and growth over many years, and now production is also gaining momentum in Trøndelag. Yngve from Inderøy Mosteri will share insights on what it’s like to grow apples in Trøndelag, what it takes to produce apples of top quality for cider making, and present some of his own flavors. Ulrik from ØX will talk about the cider production process - from apple juice to finished product - what makes Norwegian and Trøndersk cider unique, and present different cider styles.
