Looking for a food manufacturer or product? Here you can find it.
Inderøysodd is party food consisting of meatballs made from mutton and beef, boiled mutton and diced beef, soot fat and broth. Real craft traditions from Inderøy, based on the village cooks' recipe from 1938. The product has a geographically protected designation as festsodd from Trøndelag, which guarantees that Inderøy slaughterhouse's sodd is produced according to old artisanal tradition from the villages in Trøndelag. We look forward to serving Sodd on Sunday!
