We make a very special dish for the Trønder Food Festival - somewhere near you.

Come and taste our "Pizza Locale" - This is our own sourdough pizza with a sauce made from the salad cheese from Gangstad Gårdsysteri in Inderøy. It is fried together with N'duja sausage from Inderøy Slakteri and caramelised onions. Topped with Gammel Erik from Elvekanten Ysteri in Namsskogan and basil from Frosta. Then we have "Famille's local fjøl" With salad cheese and caraway cheese from Gangstad, Gammel Erik from Namdalen, Selbu blue, tomato marmalade made at Mæretomater. N'dujapølse, Straumpølse and Siliana ham from Inderøy Slakteri, as well as Famille's aioli, whipped butter and sourdough bread from our own bakery Levain the Bakery.
