Hitra salmon produces smoked salmon, grilled salmon, cognac-marinated salmon and hot-smoked salmon.Hitra Salmon is a small company from Hitra in Trøndelag with outlets in Svenesveien at Hitra. The salmon is treated and processed by hand according to traditional recipes. Raw materials are bought in from regulars suppliers and undergo careful inspection before entering production. The products produced in our premises at Hitra are made under strict conditions requirements for hygiene and quality control.
