Looking for a food manufacturer or product? Here you can find it.
Oi! Food Network is a meeting place for collaboration based development for partners in the food and beverage industry.
The Nor-Fishing Foundation established the festival in 2023 with the goal of increasing seafood consumption. From September 2024, Oi! took over the festival’s organization and will work on developing it into a national event.
Trøndelag is the first region in the world to create its own food manifesto.
On Wednesday, February 12, 2025, we celebrated Trøndelag’s local ingredients, food experiences, and food producers. Since February 2011, Food Manifesto Day has been observed in high schools on the second Wednesday of February.
Secondary school students prepare and serve a three-course meal featuring local ingredients to parents, teachers, and politicians.
Oi! Trøndersk Mat og Drikke and Ruralis are Norwegian partners in the EU research project Grass Ceiling, which focuses on strengthening women-led innovation in rural areas across Norway and Europe. Eight female local food entrepreneurs from Trøndelag are participating in the project.
The SYSTER project focuses on strengthening learning about local and Sami food culture in primary schools, through school meals and food and health/home economics subjects.
