We bake bread and heat cheese in our own stone oven in the old cheese cellar from the end of the 19th century when there was a dairy in Venneshamn. On the menu is local food such as sourdough bread based on flour from old cereals such as spelled supplied by Gullimunn, Granstubbost from Gangstad Gårdsysteri, cheese from Munkeby Kloster, jam made from rhubarb from our own garden, Framverran sausages and flatbread from Rognli Gård. This buffet for NOK 250 is paid in advance via VIPPS to 701306. In addition, you can buy Kalsenøl brewed at Inderøy Gårdsbryggeri, Aquavit no 1 distilled at Inderøy Brenneri as well as non-alcoholic drinks, including mint tea from our own herb garden. The service takes place in the cheese celler.

Aquavit has long traditions in Trøndelag that stretch back several hundred years. Svein Berfjord from Inderøy Distillery and Eivind Steiro Berg-Hanssen from ØX Tap Room and Distillery place great emphasis on using local ingredients in their production, and on continuing the long and proud tradition of aquavit production in Trondheim.
