Hanger Berries og Fruits

Hanger Berries and Fruits is a versatile farm with an emphasis on plant production. We grow raspberries, strawberries, morels, barley, oats, peas and wheat. We offer strawberries, raspberries and morels, both self-picked and ready-picked. We also offer frozen berries out of season, while stocks last. We are one of the few farms that still keep the sea salmon fishing going, and in July we have a wedge seine out. This means that we can offer both fresh and smoked salmon. In autumn we produce ulenek for sale through the winter. Hanger berries og fruits is taking part in this year's Trøndersk Food Festival on the square on 28 - 30 July! Here they stand together with others from Trondheim's food pearls and offer unique dining experiences composed of the shortest-traveled food you will find at the festival, from the festival restaurant they have set up.
