Dolmøy Seafood produces clean seafood from Frøya and Hitra in Trøndelag! Further processing of fish has long traditions on the Trøndelag coast. We have taken the best out of our heritage and also given our products a distinctive character. We inspect all seafood carefully before delivery. The production has its roots in old traditions of smoking and digging fish, but with our own product development we have our tricks to make the taste and consistency the way we think it should be. The products produced on our premises at Hitra are made under strict hygiene and quality control requirements. We have our own system for quality assurance of production. Raw materials are purchased from regular suppliers and undergo careful inspection. You will find our products in grocery stores in Trøndelag and in Møre as well as selected restaurants and outlets across the country. Dolmøy Seafood is a total supplier of seafood, both white fish, salmon and trout. We can offer a wide range of fish, such as fresh, lightly salted and various smoked products from our fish reception and our smokehouse at Dolmøya in Hitra. We are part of the Bremnes group and have an extended collaboration with Rabben Restaurant & Pizzeria located on Sistranda in Frøya. Handmade food with love is the most important postulate of Dolmøy Seafood. There must be quality at all stages, and we use recipes that have been used for generations.
