Welcome to a breakfast meeting on recruitment in the food industry, Thursday, June 5th from 08:00 to 10:00!

How can we ensure that tomorrow’s food technologists, chefs, and food service workers acquire the skills that the industry demands? How can the industry itself help raise awareness and make food professions more attractive to young talent? Through brief presentations and an engaging panel discussion, we bring together stakeholders from education, industry, and the public sector to discuss solutions and collaboration. Aquavit has long traditions in Trøndelag that stretch back several hundred years. Svein Berfjord from Inderøy Distillery and Eivind Steiro Berg-Hanssen from ØX Tap Room and Distillery place great emphasis on using local ingredients in their production, and on continuing the long and proud tradition of aquavit production in Trondheim.
